Marie-Charlotte DE CASALTA also assists entrepreneurs in setting up, managing and developing their business activities and is involved in company restructuring.
It also defends the interests of individuals and businesses at all stages of tax audits and litigation.
Marie-Charlotte DE CASALTA regularly advises foreign clients on international tax issues, in particular trusts.
She worked for French and English law firms for ten years before setting up her own practice. She was also a lecturer in corporate taxation, tax procedure and personal taxation at the universities of Aix-Marseille and Paris-Est-Créteil-Val-de-Marne.
Marie-Charlotte DE CASALTA holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Taxation from the University of Aix-Marseille and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
