ISNARD-DE CASALTA

Chantal ISNARD-DE CASALTA was admitted to the Bastia Bar in 1988. She holds a master's degree in business and tax law, a postgraduate diploma in business and tax law and a diploma in company law from the Institute of Business Law at the University of Aix-en-Provence.

In addition to her original specialisation in corporate and commercial law, over the years she has acquired solid experience in personal injury law, which forms the core of her practice. In this capacity, she assists victims of accidents and assaults throughout the compensation procedure, in collaboration with medical advisers, particularly during the medical expertise, in order to obtain full compensation for their loss.

Chantal ISNARD-DE CASALTA also advises on various areas of private law, including family law, contract law and insurance law.
